Iced latte wasn't diluted and it was the right amount of sweet and bitter that coffee lovers love. The dozen donuts were fresh and orderly. Dunkin indeed never disappoints.

The maple sugar breakfast sandwhich had the wrong kind of bread and was EXTREMELY stale and not warm at all. The hashbrowns were soggy and only about 3 of them were in there and I also got NONE of the right donuts I asked for. Also, the GRE en Goddess Dunkin' Wrap is SMALL. Not split into two like advertised. Only half of a wrap.

The coffee was fine but sandwich was cold and burnt and the hash browns (all 5 little rounds) were inedible. Usually love DD but maybe delivery not the way to go.

all of the food is cold and dry. the Hash Browns are chewy and taste uncooked .  the Wake-Up Wrap® - Sausage Egg and Cheese is dry and looks like it was made last night. the Frozen Coffee was separated and looks half melted not to mention i havent taken a sip out of it and its 1/8 of the way gone.
