The quality was great, but one of my donuts wasn't what I ordered. And there wasn't a sticker on the straw hole like usual which I don't really feel comfy with, but other than those things, it was nice. The dasher was great.

Recipe is never consistent. Especialy the LTO. The Wake-Up Wrap® - Chipotle Hash Brown is different every time I order it. Sometimes it's great, other times it's bland. The hash browns on them were soggy this time, which leads me to believe the were not fresh. And there were a lot less than normal on the wrap.. I will not order again.

got literal milk nothing else for $5 when i ordered a latte. i got barely any hash browns and theyre ALL burnt.

Supposed to be a flour tortilla with American cheese not burnt cheese and a hard tortilla that looks like a tostada

My turkey sausage, egg & cheese wraps were good. But I also ordered a hot Macchiato coffee & it was •not• a Macchiato - it was just a regular coffee with foam on top. Really disappointed bc I paid extra for a Macchiato.
