Couldnt hardly chew the bagel, it was awful and stale. Overcooked. The coffee which I always order with cream sugar and mocha had only 1 of each. I just hit repeat from my last order, why wouldnt it have the usual 3 of each. Everything tasted awful

once again, my order is incorrect, and sloppily packaged. Ordered chocolate frosted, got vanilla frosted instead. Last time, they didn't pack my whole order.Truly, a terrible place

The Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was very fresh.  Love it!  They didn't have the muffins but that's ok because they sent some yummy Glazed donuts in replace of it....very tasty.

Wrong cup and I didn't get my money worth. The cup I got is smaller than the cup it's suppose to come in. My coworker just ordered DoorDash from
Dunkin and got her order correctly.
