The sandwich is definitely not how it looks or is described. Hardly anything on it - dry and bland. Maybe a piece and a half of bacon broken into pieces. Hash browns are 4 small flat tater tots. Very disappointed! Even the munchkins were hard and dry.

This is the 3rd order in a row that the untoasted bagel that I got was very dark and the everything seasoning that was on top was burnt. It had to have been baked too long because I didn't have it toasted. It was also dry. The employee should have noticed it when they sliced it and put it in the bag. The iced coffee that I order has been good up until today's. Today it was very dark to the point of being bitter. I specified how many creams and sugar that I wanted as always but that wasn't what I received. If I had transportation I would have returned it. Hopefully maybe these mistakes aren't ongoing and maybe because it's a new store and it looks like there was a lapse in training new employees. I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts products but I am disappointed so I may not patronize this store anymore.

This is the first Dunkin order I've received that looked and tasted perfect. The sandwich wasn't smashed and falling apart and the hasHash Browns were actually hot. Best order I have ever received.

Everything bagel with
veggie cream cheese was great!Just the right amount of cream cheese and a nice chew from the bagel.
Original Blend Iced Coffee hit the spot!I would increase the amont of sugar and creamer, coffee tends to be dark but with a little adjustment is good.
