Iced latte wasn't good, but that's my own fault for trying something new. The Wake-Up Wrap was horrible. They threw it all into a bag with burnt cheese, dried out and crumbling tortilla, and the egg and sausage weren't even in the tortillas when it arrived. Horrible service from a consistently horrible company. Surprised they're actually still in business seeing as I've had an issue with Dunkin Donuts for a few years now, both in person with the unprofessionalism of their employees, to the sub-par conditions they allow items to leave the store in. I wanted to try one more chance and that's it. This is consistently bad with Dunkin all across the DFW metroplex.

Black Cherry Dunkin' Refresher w/oat milk is my go to drink but this particular time it was prepared incorrectly. Based on my experience whomever prepared my drink today was heavy on the oat milk. The ratio of oatmilk is noticeable. The color of the drink is incorrect. If this were the drink I originally fell in love with I would not order this again.

Honestly it's really empty like I asked for less ice not less drink other than that it's food it's tasty but wouldn't order from the Same location. The bread was fresh and good small but wouldn't order from this place.

the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon was good as always, but the Iced Latte was terrible. i normally LOVE dunkins coffee but it almost tasted like the milk was sour. I barely drank any of it.
