The last couple times I ordered a Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread and I remembered to call the store ahead of time, I was able to receive both an "absurd" and "unholy" amount of cream cheese. They usually have kind hearted laughter about my requests and overall they do a good job. I will say however that sometimes this store will forget an item. Today I was missing my MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats. I highly recommend the Iced Dunkalatte™, it is my favorite coffee from here. Usually this store does a great job and I appreciate it!

My sandwich was supposed to have maple bacon, I eat here almost daily and I could tell it was just regular bacon and they didn't give me a straw! Little things matter! Wasn't happy at all
