Donuts were decent considering it was after 11 am (not the freshest but I'm sure they were sitting out for awhile). Ample cream filling and frosting. Good tasting chocolate frosting that actually tastes like chocolate.

I first received the wrong order for my drink, which had the correct label sticker but wrong drink. So I reordered my matcha latte, only for it to show up with no matcha in it. My latte is just straight milk with syrup flavoring.
I have ordered from this Dunkin before and have never been this disappointed. Would highly recommend going anywhere else for your matcha (like Smokey Row).

I visit this location a lot and it's so refreshing to know they take the same pride in delivery orders as they do in face to face order. The staff at the University location are beyond friendly and sweet and are so appreciated!

food wasn't great. Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich tasted bland, and the cheese looked like melted plastic. the Half Dozen Donuts left an unappealing film after taking a bite. Hot Chocolate tasted watered down. The Loaded Hash Browns were okay but not as advertised. definitely left a lot to be desired.

Sausage Egg and Cheese was awesome! Coffee is exactly right. Definitely one of the BEST places to get order from for delivery. My only regret is not being able to use or earn Dunkin points lol
