• 3/9/22Everyone is so happy the maple bacon is back...it's a family fave. Even the fur kids love it. Drinks are a hit/miss. Sometimes they are sparing on the cream, other times you may want to ask for some coffee to go with it. I wish there was an option to pick like black/regular/extra extra/etc but sing the same standards as if you walked in/pulled up and ordered. This location also seems to sell out of some things quickly...like coffee rolls. So if you want that, order early.

• 10/12/25Donuts were soft, not stale and tasty. Hot chocolate, hot and delicious. Wasn't sure what to expect with the "bacon jam", it was moister than I thought but tasted good. It's sweeter than the maple bacon (we love and always sad when gone for the season) but would purchase again. Coffee was a bit burnt and not mixed.

• 25/5/22This location is on the ball compared to others in the area. My mom has lots of special requests and they are always accommodated. If they can't, the dasher messages or calls to ask what we want but that's rare. I decreased 1 star as they are often out of bakery items early (sometimes even before 10 am). I'm sure the RMV next door and T station on the other side a short walk help the inventory. Just frustrating when you want something and it's not there as it sold out. The management im for the store is awesome. I had a few problems when Covid was newer and things start ending to open back up again. I don't want to blame anyone as we all were learning but the management was great in trying to make it right. It started with the shift supervisor who got the store manager when I explained my issue. Not only was I refunded , but they offered to send me new free. And offered coupons. I didn't want to make a big deal as it was minor issues but I wanted them to know so the issue could be fixed and they went far beyond what I'd expected. We have multiple DD locations in town and this is now my favorite store to go to when I want my D run.
PS I ordered the sweet black pepper snack bacon as a treat. I do love black pepper however it was a bit much for our taste. I ended rinsing as much as I could of and reheating for a few seconds and it still had a strong pepper flavor. Not really a problem with DD just a fyi it wasn't for our tastes. I'm sure many approve...our dogs did. The kids loved the maple one last fall and hope it comes back soon.

• 22/3/22What's going on with the bagels at 357 MIDDLESEX AVE ? Since at least Friday (and yes I order daily) they have been stale and hard with big center holes. I sure hope you go back to the nice plump ones with small center holes - nice and fresh!

Don't use this store often but occasionally I get double dash and they use that location. Honestly if I knew that, I'd never order. Drinks are always messed up (ie order a decaf iced hazelnut and a regular iced mocha they would do the mocha in the decaf and hazelnut in the regular. When you have to deal with tree nut allergies, that's a no no. Many times, their coffee tastes burnt and stale. Store could be a bit more generous with the creamer too. Last night coffees were gross, burnt tasting, like like skim milk was used vs creamer, and they added the sugar to the wrong drink. It's nice to have the convenience of delivery but other times it's just easier to get yourself if you can.
