There was a mistake and they went above and beyond to correct it and make up for it! They were very apologetic, professional and polite.

Coffee was not even close fo full when I opened the package and I paid for a full thing of coffee. It tasted good but I wish I had the full thing to enjoy.

This Hot Chocolate with butter pecan add was extremely water down, taste completely water and no butter pecan flavor at all
