I want to this chef and this business! They are forward thinking. I really thought I was eating at a 5star restaurant in LA. The attention to detail is off the chain! GO GET IT NOW! 
SPICY&HOT Seafood Udon this was amazing.I was afraid of the spicyhot but it was great.
The sauce covered every little bit and was like a toned down sweet chili, the jalapeno gave the kick. There was a good deal of shrimp and scallops and my pics don't do it justice. 
Torched spicy white tuna boat y'all I can't...it was like a sweet treat. immediately tasting a slight smokey char of the buttery hamachi, held in a crepé like boat with the base of a very small amount of rice.Torched Caramel White Tuna I have never had anything like this. This had choice of sushi or sashimi. I chose sushi.A generous rice base with the hamachi on top.A 'frosting' for lack of words, a thin drizzle of caramel zig zagged on top. Then torched. FLAVOUR EXPLOSION Such a unique fusion, just melted in my mouth.no fish taste at all.

Omg I'm so glad I tried E Suki! I got tempura soft shell crab（2pc） and spring rolls! Spring Homemade Spring Roll (3pc) didn't seem homemade but still good. The crab was delicious!!!!! Highly recommend! Can't wait to try other items from their menu!!!!

The rolls are not 75% rice, or even 50% rice.  This is what proper sushi should be. Balanced. 

The flavor, freshness, and portions are consistent. This is my third order from here and I am confident that this may be my new favorite sushi place. 

That said still room to improve...more rolls with different flavors...but they have not let me down once. Looking forward to see what new rolls they come up with. Thanks ESuki.

Food was just okay, probably wouldn't order again. Cheese Snow Cheese Fried Chicken pieces were so tiny.
