This place is great when its great. But sometimes the coffee will taste completely differently and like the recipe is not followed at all. Today that happened with the Collagen Mocha Latte . The Brain Alchemy Latte were delicious and by recipe however!

the smoothie was delicious! i do wish that the store put online orders in the fridge.. i placed an online order and came in 10 min after it was estimated to be ready and it was sitting out on the counter melted :/ other juice stores typically have fridge storage for takeout orders.

I was alerted that my order was ready and I show the staff at the counter my pick up is ready. The staff seemed annoyed and bothered as usual and was told it wasn't ready waiting around. I go back to the counter and was told it's been ready the whole time since I arrived! This business always has at least 10 people standing around waiting for there order and who knows if there order was ready the whole time.

Received oatmeal that looked like this. Peanut butter turned into a runny sloppy swirly mess.
