Not only was my bagel burnt, but the bagel was very heavy to pull from the bag because of how much Honey Almond Shmear was on there. Probably 3/4 of a tube was smeared on my two bagels. UNACCEPTABLE. That made my bagel soggy, and the presentation horrible. The schmear was literally oozing out the sides. Very disappointing.

Hardly any capers, two tiny slices of tomatoes, two rings of onion. At least there was a good por of of salmon.

it's rare that this location gets the order right and when they do it doesn't matter because the bagels are stale for both bagels and the meat was overcooked. The cost was too high for two hard breakfast sandwiches. I've given this location more than a fair shake and everytime it's a disappointment. I will not be ordering again.

Cheddar Cheese Egg Sandwich was crunch towards the center from what I can only assume was shells and overall not made well, I couldn't even finish it. I have had better from here, I think it was just this one time.

I've been ordering the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich for years, and have always loved it. this time, it wasn't put together very well (the egg and the sausage was falling out of the bagel even before i began eating it) and the flavor was bland, as opposed to the zingy spicy taste it's supposed to have.
