The value has really gone down on the Texas Brisket Sandwich, I've ordered it for years but recently there has been hardly any brisket in it, it's like an egg sandwich with a touch of brisket. I miss the brisket. Bring back the brisket please.

I bought another set of hashbrowns and I only received one package of hashbrowns not only the hashbrowns taste like bread and terrible but they are there's only two of them and they're I don't know if the store size is really this tiny for their price but very much a waste of my money

Ordered an ice coffee with cream. Received a bland, black ice coffee with nothing at all in it for over $5 that I could have made at home. Not happy.

I asked for a thin bagel, but got regular thick kind. This was my first time doing a pickup, normally Einstein follows through with directions on delivery or dine in orders. Other than that sandwich was aight, it just tastes 10 times better on a THIN bagel, the regular bagels are way too thick and it takes the taste out of everything else inside the sandwich🥯
