Only 2 very thin, short, slivers of bacon in this sandwich. I literally had to search for it between the egg, ham, cheese and shmear.

This is for the store specifically on Lake: they made their food without care, slapped together and falling apart. Usually doordashgoes to the store in Hastings Ranch, and their food is delicious, made with care, not falling apart, andjust overall better! The food today was LACKING to say the least. The Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich had little-to-no spread, which usually there Sandwich has enough that it's almost falling out;the egg whiteswere not cooked all the way, and the tukey sausage was cold! And for whatever reason, they smashed the sandwich together! None of the sandwiches tasted fresh, and I will need to make sure that if I'm ordering Einstein's again that they are not going to this store!

Bagels are tasty nicely toasted but service is inconsistent. Condiments with the.coffee come only 25% of the time even when I call to ask. Smear never consistent sometimes it is as thick as the bagel sometimes barely covers the bagel. Need some guidance by management for consistency and customer service.

I usually order their Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich which is pretty good but today it came a little too charred at the ends

Inconsistent, and most of the time there is a tiny amount of cream cheese on the bagels. Bagels always taste dry because of this and when going through DoorDash to find a solution they never help. Would only order again when I want a bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese.
