Never had an issue with orders, every time it's great quality, packaged well, clean and tastes fresh. Their drinks are a little expensive, but I like that they aren't very sweet. Coffee quality is good and doesn't leave me with an awful crash later in the day like other places' coffee. VERY quick service, too

Love Einstein's as I get them pretty often, but it's very unfortunate that they are not consistent with their quality. sometimes I get perfect bagels that are soft and warm with a perfect amount of cream cheese other times I get rockhard bagels with barely any cream cheese. not sure if it's the team on shift or if it's even out of their control but it's very unfortunate.  I end up refunding maybe two out of six of my orders.

The food is always good but today they lowered the price of the nova lox from 12.79 to 11.79 on my bill. This allowed them to add several additional charges to my order since it's under the 12.00 that is required for my dash pass to kick in. I didn't notice right away and had to research my order and the dash pass policy. This is too tricky for my liking.

Was not good. Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich was ok but the bagel wasn't even toasted and the avocado was hard. The Blueberry Muffin tasted strange.

The Blueberry Muffin should be renamed the Seriously Blueberry Muffin because has so much blueberry it's literally blue throughout. And not in a fake way. It's the most delicious muffin ever.
