The dough on the fried chicken was raw. I had to scrape it off to try and eat it properly. It was fried on the outside and mushy and quite disgusting on the inside. Needs more quality checking on the fried chicken. Usually El Jannah that I've had before has been excellent but this franchise had been a let down so far.

Chicken wasn't fresh, and bordering on cold. Also overcooked, so a bit tough.
The sauce was brilliant though.

They left the driver waiting another 15-20mins after they already said it was ready. Constantly have this issue with El Jannah. It takes forever and arrives cold. Not the drivers fault this is on El Jannah

The food was great but I had to return to the store to pick up the missing items. I appreciate their willingness to resolve and have given me a voucher to make up for it so they deserve credit for this.
