Worst tacos I've ever had!! Greassssssy & tasteless tacos that said Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco and was not shredded. Both of our items were supposed to have chips & salsa, even says so on receipt but got no chips at all. Flan was almost $5 and was just some little snack pack I could have gotten at grocery store! First & last time I will ever buy from El Polo Loco.

The chicken tostada salads have decreased in size and yet have gone up in price and then my salsa conveniently was NOT with my order! For the price I pay to have my food delivered when I'm unable to go get it, EVERYTHING should be in the bag! Chips were stale! Very disappointed with this order this time!

Once again we are NOT disappointed with El Pollo Loco's Classic Chicken Tostada Salad and the Mexican Corn! So delish it hit the spot! Highly recommend this place!!

the broth was DELICIOUS but that's all it was, not soup, just broth with 2 pieces of chicken and the occasional vegetable

The nachos are usually great but this time I had to throw in some of my own chips, not a lot in there at all.
