I usually enjoy my El Pollo Loco meals, But today I ordered a Double Chicken Bowl But there was almost no chicken!!! Mostly rice!! (Maybe Sunday is an off day for the regular staff.)

chicken was super dry. good thing I asked for plenty of sauces. while I'm flexible and understanding this place is a fast food chain known to vary. ultimately this was the second time it has happened in a few months period of the Chicken being so dry it was pretty much suited for dogs, I gave them another shot. same issue.
.the Two Churros were delicious tough!!!

I love this location, but this time I got my Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito without the appropriate specifications. You can order the burrito without the meat (In spite of the burrito's name, which I've done many times), but this time I ended up with a mouthful of chicken. The staff there is excellent, and the food quality is excellent, but I was sad to have this experience.

Quality of the chicken was horrible, dry and overcooked. Almost like there were scrap pieces that should've been discarded.
