The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal (breasts & wings) was overcooked and very dry. There was almost no chicken on the wings. I like the flavor, but it wasn't succulent this time.
I'd like the rice to be slightly cooked more and more tender.

Double Chicken Tostada5 Pack of Tortillas and it came exactly to order.
The bag was totally sealed closed with no possible contamination possible. 500 stars for just that..then the food was excellent to match! Good portion, everything was fresh and I would order again!!

This place is a very good option to go to but sometimes the rice is undercooked that's a problem but overall the food is very good and filling meal very good portions depending how many people are eating chicken always taste fresh will definitely get again.

They didn't send me the big salsa that was included in the package and the tortillas were raw, the chips were stale

aside from the fact that El Pollo Loco was super slow, the tortilla was below standard, almost not fit for human consumption
