Food was good. Chicken was bomb. For a total of $75 it should've come with utensils.

Overcooked chicken, (hard as a rock) burnt chips, spoiled avocado (brown in color) an overall terrible dinner experience. Oh, but the drink was fine. Will think twice about ordering from this El Pollo Loco on Stockdale Hwy again.
However, kudos to DoorDash for responding in a favorable manner to this order.

The pinto beans were not thoroughly cooked; beans very hard no flavor. The chicken taste like bad oil and was over cooked. The medium salsa looked nothing like the AD. Was in a very small container with not juices. I put the pinto bean in a saucepan on low to allow them to cook thoroughly. The flavor use to be good; what happen? Bottom line food was horrible. A lot worse than the last time I ordered.

I had the new quesadilla and it was undercooked and tasted funny. I never review bad but I couldn't finish my order
