It's definitely not bad taste pretty good. The only bummer of it was that a lot of the chicken was cartelize fat and that's not real great to get a big bite of when you're hoping to just get some fresh chicken other than that everything else was great. The portion size was terrific and big. They just need to make sure that they're not giving out so many throwaway pieces of the chicken give me less fatty chicken, and I will definitely be ordering from here again

I do not know what happened to the recipe, but was flavorless, the pico was mushy, just disappointed. The taco's cilantro was wilty and flavorless and the chicken was old.

I really love how the employees listened and didn't just look over the utensils and the hot sauces like most places do and they didn't take long at all. Food is still very warm!!would definitely order again,keep it up guys doing great

Soft tacos were soggy and the quesadilla had next to no cheese, sauce and chicken. Worst food ever

It just didn't taste fresh. I've had good Pollo Loco but this tasted like it had been made way before I got my order.
