There was no cheese barely any cabbage no regular salsa paid extra for green salsa and got one tiny container. The tortillas were hard and it said chips and salsa were included which o did not get

You can never go wrong with El Pollo Loco! Great chicken! Always fresh! Appropriate portion sizes and tastes amazing definitely ordering again !

I didn't get my salsa. In fact I didn't get any salsa. The chicken tenders were not much of anything. More batter than chicken. The rest of the meal was fine. But when you request salsa and they don't put it in it really upsets me. They don't give you enough gravy for the large mashed potatoes. I don't understand that.

Small pieces without much meat, and the meat that was there was bone dry. The quality has really gone down hill.

The chicken was tasty tonight. We had stopped ordering from El Pollo Loco because the chicken was always dried out and tasted old. After about 9 months of not having it we took a chance and we're glad we did. Everything arrived hot and delicious.
