This pollo loco went above and beyond in my order!! Lots of salsa, napkins, utensils, chips!! And the food was delicious!! Thank you so much!! I truly felt the love!

Chipotle Guacamole Chicken Burrito was really good. Chicken Taco al Carbon pairs well with the sauce they give you. i do not recommend getting Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco because the shell is too hard; basically overcooked

I love El Pollo Loco. But I've lived near this location for 4 years now, and can probably count on one hand the times they've gotten an order correct. (In person as well as through delivery apps). Literally CALLED them to make sure to include a dressing and they didn't. Also it's a coin toss whether you get the right tortillas (if at all).
