El Pollo Loco is one of my favorite restaurants to order from, my order is always correct, veggies are fresh and presentations are on point! For my Oder o got the Shredded Chicken Nachos, they are delicious, and the portion is to much for one person, maybe even two! The medley of the contents of the nachos were separate, I tasted everything. My only hang up is, despite how fast it came, my chips were a tad soggy. Other than that it was a 10/10!

I absolutely love this everytime I get it! Pact with fresh juicy chicken, lettuce, flavorful rice and beans. I love the way it all comes together with the crunch of the tortilla bowl, ant the bowl is always super full to the top! Now this time, the chicken was a little dry and over seasoned. But out of the several times I've purchased, this is my first very small complaint. Do not hesitate to purchase, especially if you work out, this is packed with protein and everything you need to replenish your body and heal! Sorry about no pick,my kids started demolishing it before I got to it lol

1/8 of a slice of avocado burned hard pieces of chicken. stem of something green. could not eat most of salad.

The chicken pieces were very small and overcooked. The tortillas were stale and rubbery. The beans tasted good, but were watery. The salad was good, but not exceptional. I ordered a taco also and it was not included with the order. This was my second bad experience, so I will not order from them again.

First time eating here, the family feast the only good items were the chicken itself and the mashed potatoes. Though the serving size on the gravy was ridiculously small for serving three to four people. Tossed the beans, they weren't good. The salad is the chopped lettuce they use to top the tacos. Wouldn't recommend. We didn't get our soup, got issued credits.
