I was really disappointed with these loaded nachos from El Pollo Loco. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised or what I expected. There were barely any toppings, the chips were mostly plain, and there was just a couple of dollops of sour cream with very little meat or cheese. For the price, this was not worth it at all. The presentation was sloppy, and it felt like someone threw it together with minimal effort. I expected loaded nachos—not a container of mostly dry chips. Definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect from El Pollo Loco.

The chicken barely had any meat on it, and the beans were old and were rotted and sour. This is nothing like El Pollo used to be and the prices are triple.

Do not recommend. The skin of the chicken has an odd color to it. The texture of the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal Meat was off too. I didnt finish the meal. The beans were soggy. My order came spilled in the bag as well. Some napkins & cutlery would have been nice. Wont be ordering again.

The Original Pollo Bowl states in the description that it comes with a drink, but does not give you the option to choose one. I also did not receive one with my order and I checked with my dasher to be sure that one was not given, it was not. The actual quality of the meal was fine, what you would expect from a fast food place, though the portion was a bit small..it was buy one get one free so it evened out that way. To pay the single price for just one bowl would not be worth it though, imo.
