3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal had a good flavor but my chicken wasn't fresh and hard,burnt,dry and hard to chew. Also the skin wasn't crispy instead it was soggy and most of the skin was missing. I was disappointed and probably won't buy again and wasn't worth the price.

Many stores in town, but this store has the freshes lettuce,dressing and you don't over cook or burn the chicken meat. Thank you El Pollo Loco 🤗👑

I've ordered back to back because I've been craving this salad.. when I order a drink it's been disgusting.. 3 large sprites all down the drain.. wish I could get a refund.. but the salad has been on point except for the weird taste in the avocados and the fact that these salads came with beans when it's not supposed to.

I ordered master potatoes and gravy got my mashed potatoes but no gravy I got corn tortillas instead of flour I ordered the four piece chicken with legs and thighs and the legs had hardly any meat on them

no street corn in the street corn burrito bowl. chicken was dry and burnt. underwhelming. would not order again.i order from this location almost weekly. this is disappointing.
