This El Pollo Loco is consistently good. Our only disappointment is with corporate El Pollo Loco who feels it's okay to charge $8.39 for less than a cup of broccoli. Massive ripoff. We won't be ordering it again.

My food was not in the normal white tamper-proof bag, the tortilla looked suspect/not cooked all the way or something, chicken had 0 seasoning on it, churro greasy w/no sugar, plus the Dasher was acting weird. The food was trash across the board. EP definitely starting to go door in quality/flavor.

I ordered the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo . The combo I received was disappointing. I chose the breast & wings option and the wing they gave me wasn't a full piece, on top of that the chicken breast were burnt and barely had any meat, it was as if I had someone's leftovers.

It seems their chickens are getting smaller and a tad thinner. Did the recipe for the soup change? Seems different.

This El Pollo Loco is usually very consistent, very good, and very appreciated. Just a heads up, the broccoli's been a little gnarly (old, dried out, yellow) the past few times. This time, more than half of the chicken pieces had broken bones, leaving bone chips to sort through. Kind of dangerous.
