• 8/11/24I had to call in to get a substitute, but they were very according and understanding. I ordered a Two Churros pack and had thR exchanged for 4 of the Cilantro Dressings since for some reason it isn't on the Doordash Menu. The Guacamole Chicken Burrito was Delicious and the Double Chicken Bowl had a very good amount of Chicken on it. Overall Everything was Delicious, Healthy and Perfect.

• 29/3/23I have to admit I was a bit doubtful as soon as I paid and confirmed for my order. I seen something else that I didn't know was an option so I was like aww man. but... and it's a very big but. as soon as I went to bring my order in, this bag was quite heavy and that was obviously a great sign. then I opened the bag and everything I was doubtful about was sitting right here in this bag. and finally I got to eating and wowww just wow! I ordered the Double Chicken Tostada Salad and let me tell u ! I've never ever complained about my food having too much chicken lol or my food being too packed and full. wow! they really surprised me. I've never ordered from this location in fact it was actually an accident. but in the end a happy accident. maybe I just got lucky idk ?. but overall I'll say I am absolutely a happy customer. and I got a pretty good deal for my food too which was great because that's why I ordered here and perfect because I was hangry, craving chicken, and low on funds. anyway I guess that's enough rambling for now. thank you!

• 7/7/26The 8pc Family Meal was good tasting but the pieces of chicken really have gotten super small. The Rice and Beans were very tasty but if the chicken is so small it may not be worth it.

• 26/7/26The Double Chicken Tostada is usually my go to favorite. Unfortunately what I received was a serving size for a small child. There was very little rice and beans. The tostada shell was extremely small. I received the wrong dressing and my cheese quesadilla was not in the bag. Also the bag was not sealed. El pollo loco do better.

• 8/5/22Good ole Pollo Loco is always my go to for my meals. It's healthy, satisfying and delicious. I never get tired of their food. Variety is wide and there is always something new to try. Special mention their Churros, my favorite dessert! I either eat it as it is, cut it up and mix with vanilla ice cream or dip it in coffee or hot chocolate.
