My chicken avocado burrito was perfect. I asked for pick de gallo but got the green salsa- and Ian glad I did because it made the burrito even more amazing! My churros were gone basically before I opened the bag lol

I loved El Pollo Loco but this order wasn't good. The chicken was very dry, rubbery, and old like it had been sitting for hours. Beans were undercooked and a little crunchy. The rice was satisfactory. Very doubtful I'll be ordering again anytime soon.

I paid $1.29 for less than a teaspoon of guacomole. I didn't get any salsa for my chips. Paid 24 dollars for just th chicken salad. Ill go to a Mexican-restaurant next time

Well, the shrimp and chicken were overcooked and dry but, after adding Avocado Salsa (Hot) it became surprisingly good. Don't expect first class food from a fast food place.

My Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito didn't taste great. Hardly had any taste. However, the customer service was amazing! Their customer service deserves 5 stars. But my burrito wasn't the best. So that's why I have a 3 stars.
