I would not recommend this El Pollo Loco location. We received our family meal order and it was missing the tortillas, salsa, and even the gravy on the mashed potatoes. The potion size of the Broccoli and Macaroni & Cheese for $6 was ridiculously small. Literally, the servicing size was 1/2 a cup for $6. Go to Juan Pollo and save yourself the heartache.

Their sealed bags for delivery are really secure. I feel at ease that the food will arrive the way it left the shop. Chicken always on point. We enjoyed our 10pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Dinner. Will order again.

Ordered & paid for chicken breast - got dark meat on the Double Chicken Bowl. And for the price - there was hardly any rice or cheese in the bowl either!!

I never got my chips & salsa. Barely any salad. Mostly the tostada part. And it came all broken. Not worth it.
