I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment the food hit the table, the taste was incredible—rich, authentic, and full of flavor in every bite. You can truly tell there’s a focus on freshness, from the perfectly seasoned meats to the vibrant toppings.
The portion sizes were generous, especially for the price—honestly, everything felt like a steal. The Gordita was packed and satisfying, the Carnitas with flour tortillas were tender and juicy, and the Quesabirria Tacos were absolutely next-level with that crispy, cheesy goodness.
A special shoutout to the owner and chef, Ivan, who clearly puts his heart into every dish. It shows not just in the quality of the food, but in the overall experience.
Would I order again? Absolutely—no hesitation. This is the kind of spot you keep coming back to.

I'm Mexican myself, and I've had good Gorditas from other Mexican restaurants, but hands down to you guys!! Yall make the best Mexican food by far, it reminds me of home when I eat y'all's food. I highly recommend "EL PRIMO." Best fresh Mexican food with great portions!

Their Nacho Supreme was my favorite until tonight. There was hardly any cheese on the nachos. It's usually loaded with cheese. Tonight there was a dollop and that was it. The iceberg lettuce was old and very watery. Ordered chicken fajitas and had to throw out the tomato, iceberg lettuce and sour cream mixture they made. Skimped on the tomatoes and sour cream but loaded it with iceberg that was saturated with water. Threw it out. Not impressed with the quality tonight.

Consistently delicious, deliciously consistent. Fresh as heck. Tons of food. Order it a couple times a week. Quesa-Birria Tacos are everything, along with the Mexican Sausage Dip.
