The bagels were delicious and well worth the wait! Just the right amount of crunch on the outside, nice and soft on the inside, and definitely some of the best gluten-free bagels I've had in a while. Gluten-free bagels can be hard to get right texturally but these were absolutely perfect! I highly recommend them.
The Bagel, Cream Cheese & Lox + Fixings was especially delicious, the lox was absolutely perfect in taste and texture and the toppings added just the right amount of zest!
Additionally, my bagels were not quite ready when my dasher arrived and the store was very nice and communicative about the whole thing <3 Overall, an excellent experience both in terms of food and customer service!

Perfect lunch. Veggies fresh and ice cold just how they should be and lox smoked just right. Pickled onions have subtle but delicious spice. As always, the Eltana bagel itself is the best in town.

amazing. my first breakfast sandwich from Eltana. Fluffy egg, tender bagel. Really hit the spot with a pickle spear.

While their bagels in store are delicious, when you order online, they send you undercooked bagels that's almost inedible. A shame because it's the same price. We ordered 10 ans could barley salvage 3.

This is a great neighborhood shop. Staff is mostly friendly, although they can be snobbish at times. I know there are a lot of "best bagels in town" reviews, and I have to think they're either from the West Coast and/or friends/family of the owners, because while I love this shop the bagels are not NYC/East Coast style, so be prepared. They are dense/hard and have a different taste. The toppings are amazing though (lox, egg salad, sausage). If you want a classic bagel though, go to Bagel Oasis.
