• 30/9/23I ordered the Rice & Beans - Jerk Chicken which was not jerk chicken. There was no sofrito in the beans. The Ramona's Frozen Piña Colada drink was awful and tasted like pure coconut milk, no pineapple whatsoever in it. The flan was undercooked. This was not authentic Puerto Rican food at all and tasted nothing like Puerto Rican food. Truly disappointed.

• 15/11/23I love 💕 how they changed the recipe for the guava and cheese from the thick frying cheese to cream cheese. whoever came up with that, great idea 👍 and the empanadas are not as greasy as they used to be.

• 20/3/25The empanadas were good; however, the avocado sauce, which was an additional charge, was flavorless and browning. I also ordered a side of rice and beans and the beans had a sour taste and smell

• 2/8/242nd time ordering from here and tastes just as good as the first time. They make THE best empanadas, 10/10 recommend. Ive tried another spot here in BK and it was trash compared to this place.
