Very fresh got roast beef boars head sandwich on asiagobagel with pepper jack large portion very fresh bagel and coldcyrsa/veggies. Easily customizable in app and appericate ability to customize in box when options are selectable, only gave 4 stars as I requested no tomatoes in cutomization box but other than that I would give 5 stars

I had egg sausage and jalapeño cheese all three days first day never received. My order was delivered wrong second and third day received my order. Excellent value the sausage and jalapeño cheese. Gave it just enough kick very large bagels like I used to get in New York will order many times again

Best breakfast sandwiches we have ever had, the blueberry bagel was full of big juicy blueberries, the onion bagel had an amazing onion taste and was completely covered in onion. Will definitely order again.

I have NEVER had a problem with Empire bagels. They always have good food, fast delivery and quality ingredients. Today unfortunately did not follow suit. The egg salad was dry and bland whereas it's always been excellent. (Yep I was thinking it too. If you missed the joke nvm).
The Park slope was sent on a bialy - which I did not order. Both bagels were smaller than i remember and not as flavorful as usual.
I will definitely order again bc like I said earlier, the food has always been delicious and I'm all about second chances.. On the plus side, my order did arrive very quickly. I'm just bummed bc I've been craving Empire Bagels for like a week. Hopefully next time will be back to normal:

Being from Long Island, I'm kinda a bagel snob. That being said, Empire Bagels knocked it out of the park! Crunchy on the outside with the perfect "chew" on the inside. Finally a NY bagel in Florida! Pure perfection!
