Every sandwich, soup, and the mac & cheese I've had from E&G (and over the years, I've tried most of them) is served fast, fresh, and delicious.
My go-tos include the Bornk in season, Tappy, Girf, and the Northern Cheesesteak.
The chicken tortellini soup is amazing when they have it. The wild rice chicken is just as delicious.
I LOVE their Mac& Cheese. If get a giant if I could.
The people at the River St Store are just super friendly and kind. It is always a treat to swing by the drive up window and chat a bit. Eating in store is a pleasant experience, but nothing that special.
I think it's the best sandwich shop on the street!

Ordered my sandwich with extra tomatoes and they put zero tomatoes on it. The guy was super nice when I called though. It just sucks when you pay twice as much for your food to be delivered and it's made incorrectly. Especially when its something as simple as a sandwich. Probably won't order from here again honestly.

Forgot my chips. And my sandwich was DRENCHED in a weird mustard mayo sauce.
Also didn't add the peppers :/

The broc cheddar soup tastes like old moldy cheese. No mayo on any of our sandwichs. The only good part of dinner was the guts.
