I like their sandwiches, but my last few orders it seems like they've gotten skimpy with the protein

Store ignored my request for removal of items on my sandwich. I have a dairy allergy and this is the second time now that cheese has been left on my sandwich when I asked to remove it. I confirmed on the receipt that my order states No Provolone. No lettuce or tomato was also ignored.

This is a BLT with no mayo on wheat with cucumbers and pickles? Unfortunately, it was trash. The tomatoes were not red, the lettuce was wilted, and there was no way to scrape all that mayo off the French roll. Door Dash issued like $2 in credit and I had no dinner.
The grif and the soup were OK, but had the wrong bread also.

The bag of chips was open and leaking chips everywhere, plus zero ice in the soda pop. Both things were disappointing.

Great sandwiches but my lemonade I ordered was so watered down I couldn't even taste the lemonade to it
