Service and delivery was really fast which was great. But for the "additional info" I requested they do half red, half white. Even if they didn't do half, I selected the red roses of love which are solely red roses. I didn't get either which is a little dissatisfying. Some of the roses were already weak as well.

I ordered a rose bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her 70th birthday. The roses were wilted. I have tried to call the flower shop to complain, but there has been no answer.
