The Two-Meat Combo from Famous Dave’s was mostly a great portion for two people, except for a couple of things. The meats and sides were flavorful and satisfying, but the mashed potatoes were only enough for one person, and there was only one piece of cornbread, which was a bit disappointing. The rest of the food, however, was well-portioned and delicious.
It would be great if the meal came with larger sides or an extra cornbread to make it a truly shareable combo. Otherwise, the quality and taste were excellent!

everything in the picture is $23. I had the brisket with sausages, broccoli and Mac and cheese. the sausages, which came out burnt, had more flavor than the brisket. overall, the portion size is absolutely tiny. the sides could be finished in a couple bites, and I think even China A GoGo has better takeout presentation than this. never again.

It was excellent. The brisket was perfect, chicken very good. It was better than the last time I went there. The portions seemed a little bigger than their scaled back sizes the company has been doing for several years. The garlic bread was nicely toasted, mashed potatoes were perfect, and I ordered the apple pie which was pretty good too. I added some vanilla ice cream at home to top it off. Total happiness was a 9.

This famous Dave's is going downhill not only is my banana pudding short, but the macaroni and corn with the jalapeños is a bad combination and I would prefer to have more meat than fat as much money as you guys are charging. I know for a fact I order a two meat combo not a two fat combo and all the rib meat was hard and partially burnt

ribs were decent, but not great. bbq sauce and ice cream were prepackaged and on the side instead of fresh. burnt ends were so gamey as to be inedible. brisket and mashed potatoes had a very metallic flavor. somehow they even managed to make the peach cobbler taste bad. very disappointed. still hungry since we couldn't eat most of it. won't be back.
