Ordered the oven baked Oven-Baked Classic Sampler ($14.99) and got a dish smaller than the size of my hand (pictured). Giving it 3 stars because while the food is good, the price and size is ridiculous. Went to the store after, explained and they told me "you're not actually the first person to say this, but it's the same amount as usual we just put it in a smaller container." Then sent me on my way.

My favorite part of Fazoli's is the breadsticks, and I am so disappointed with the ones I received. There was no garlic butter brushed over them like there should have been. I ordered a total of four breadsticks and none of them had the butter. The pasta and salad were both very good, and everything was fresh... just really missed that signature garlic breadstick taste

This particular Fazolis is the most amazing store out ofall of them I have been to. I had a request for my order that I couldn't choose on the dash app and when I called they were more then helpful and when igot my order it was better than expected five stars all day long.
