I really like that there are a million different options and you can customize to your hearts content. The staff is always nice and accommodating---I had oral surgery and couldn't speak and had to write my order on a piece of paper and they were so cool about it and really sweet. I also like that their prices are fair and they offer some food/treat options.

I have frequented this location many times without an issue. Recently, the staff have been getting the drink sizes wrong on my orders....once through the drive thru and now with my DD order. The sticker on this last order that they label the cups with has the correct cup size documented on the wrong cup. Please get the orders right.

So when you order NO ICE and you get more than a half in the 44 oz. Size cup, this is what it looks like. I sure don't love paying for a cup of ice!
