I have loved Firehouse subs ever since they opened and no matter what I order or anyone I'm with orders, they haven't disappointed anyone. I do recommend ordering for pick up or dine in, especially for some of the heavier, saucy or meat heavy sandwiches. The hefty portion of very lightly crisped deli meat from the steamer can make for a soggy delivery even everyone does it perfect. Not that it stops us from ordering in from time to time, and we do and will, but if you can, eat your meal ASAP d you'll discover it in a whole different way. Otherwise, great food, portions, and definitely recommend for a gourmet style cold or hot sub.

Tuna salad had what looked like Chili on the roll.
Roll definitely stale, not the first time.
This store used to be fantastic, not so much now.
My history as a customer should show you the decline in purchasing. Disappointed.

I've been ordering from Firehouse since they opened 10+ years ago, and I have to say this was the 1st time I was disappointed. 3 subs, none had the side pickle, the large sub was uncut, and the meat was seriously lacking. Hope this isn't the future of Firehouse.

I've ordered from the store several times. Disappointed in my sandwich yesterday. It tasted as though it was not fresh nor to have any dressing on it and it was an Italian.
