Excellent sandwich and salad, but you forgot a fork for the salad. minor issue

The meatballs and sub roll were great.
The provolonewas so thin, it was transparent.
normally you see the cheese and it's melted. This was so thin I could see right thru it!
add thicker slices of cheese please.

3.15 for a "bottle" drink and I got rather small fountain drinks without straws. I would have been fine with foutain drinks if it was an opt

Again I ordered the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. There was no Bubba Ray's barbecue sauce again on my sandwich so it was very dry. I do not know what is happening at that store but this is the fourth time this has happened to the same sandwich I get every time. because it's my favorite.

Firehouse subs person whoever created my smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich forgot to put the bubba Ray's barbecue sauce through the brisket sandwich. so the sandwich was very dry. this is unbelievable considering this is my favorite sandwich from Firehouse subs. I give it a one star due to the person who made my sandwich forgot one of the main ingredients which was the barbecue sauce
