The meat, peppers and onions were not really caramelized. The meat looks pale and flavor is not as great. No side pickle included when it was requested.

This is the 2nd order from this store that Has been terrible. Potato soup was sour and turned, and the sandwich was not toasted. No napkins, no spoon, just a mess.

I love the taste of the Chicken Parm Meatball. It's awesome with the gooey cheese and the red marinara sauce!
