The brownies are the best brownie or treat I've ever got at a place like this. The cookies are also the bomb. My husband loves the Italian™ sub, I love the Meatball sub, and the Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ sub. Everything is always very fresh, and the size of everything is just big and generous.

Doordashed firehouse while at the kid's baseball tournament and it was perfect. Always a quality sandwich. Turkey bacon ranch sandwich was excellent, and still hot.

we order cheese for our chili and did not get it.we ordered 2 different size chili, and the sizes were maybe 1/4in different. it cost more for that bigger size for it to be 1/4in. The chili was cold.

Usually everything from Firehouse is top of the line delicious. But on this order we had one sandwich with an Ingredient change to not include onions or mustard due to allergic reactions to both. The sandwich had onions on it.
We order from Forehouse quite regularly via DoorDash. This may change things.
Modification requests are not typically done to purposefully complicate the order... they are made so that someone doesn't have to go through allergic reactions. Great care should be taken to understand the entirety of the order BEFORE its preparation
