the salad is big and freshly prepared! I don't like that the store doesn't allow you to customize your order, the jalapeno chips are not on the menu but they sell them in the store and you can't change them by calling the storeHook & Ladder Salad

The Italian was soaked and the bottom was a wet sponge. Sad. Tried to eat it with a fork but just wasn't good. Too much dressing apparently. The two Other sandwiches Werw great. Hook and Ladder were not soaked through.
Eecommmend that dressing is put ina. Togo container/ramiken-pouch for to go orders. The bread can not withstand it.

Ordwred the Hook & Ladder® with the sautéed veggies and onions, and it makes it just like a Jersey Mike's..only better! The Cookie just makes it a well rounded lunch!

I ordered a Smoked Turkey Breast an Hook & Ladder.® both were a Hook & Ladder.® being that I have someone who hates ham had to pick the sandwich apart only to find there's barely any turkey on both sandwiches an barely made a turkey sandwich in the end. Very disappointing
