We ordered from here all the time. The last two orders were terrible. Burnt bread, sloppy sandwiches, and - most importantly - onions. Which my husband is allergic to. I’ve gone to the restaurant as well to place an order and the employees were seemed put out that I was there. Not sure we’ll try again.

I got 2 kids meals and asked for sprite for them both AND I ordered a bottle of mellow yellow for myself. My food showed up with just one bottle of Sprite. I paid extra for my drink. Very disappointed.

Normally, I get amazing food! but today my steak and cheese sub wasn't good at all. all my extras for soup were excluded from my order, veggies were not caramelized as menu stated. hopefully someone was just having a rough day

My Firehouse Steak & Cheese® sub was good, but each bite left a strange aftertaste in my mouth .... As a result, I only ate half of the sandwich. A bit disappointing.
