Firehouse Hero® replaced Jimmy John's this evening. Better service. Better attitude from employees. Sandwich delivered with UTTER PROFESSIONALISM AND PERFECTION. Without a hiccup! This is the experience the other place refused to deliver! I LOVE FIREHOUSE becuz they've ALWAYS GOTTEN THE ASSIGNMENT CORRECTLY.

the salad was huge had a lot of chicken and lettuce but was good overall and that chilly was little for 5 dollars

So many things wrong unfortunately. No produce on either sandwich, and no pickle on one. The size and portions seemed way smaller than usual. Lastly, bread was too toasted - almost burnt. I love Firehouse but this one missed the mark today!

pickles from firehouse are disgusting and they always make sure to include a pickle when i select the no pickle option.

Firehouse Meatball® was hot and fresh; very tasty! Loved the chocolate chip Cookie for dessert as well.
