OMG this was the best sandwich i have had !!!!! Everything was perfect and my hats off to the staff working tonight .

Great quality compared to other Firehouse stores in the area! Definitely recommend this store and Doordash made it super simple as I'm at the hospital with my wife right now and couldn't leave!

The Hook & Ladder.® sub was wholly unsatisfactory--saturated with mayonnaise; essentially tasteless, with substandard meets. I shall never again order from Firehouse Subs. Grade: F

The sub wasn't supposed to have tomato's and it did. It was cold and falling apart. I have eaten there many times and the food is always good. Maybe they just had an off night.
