My food was fabulous. I got the meatball Firehouse Meatball® Combo. It was perfect. I did not receive my side salad for one of my orders. Other than that my entire order was great

was missing the mustard. not a big deal but definitely a big part of most Italian subs is the mustard, not to mention the consistency of doing something correctly for the restaurant. hella mayo. tasted like a mayo/pepper sandwich more than anything. the meat was wonderful and soft/easy to eat, fresh, i just couldn't taste the flavor of the meat because of the mayo and pepper. I've had firehouse before and always get the Italian, never had a problem and love it so much. I'd order again, just might put in the instructions not to drown it in mayo and pepper. portion of the medium was perfect with a chip combo!

The bread of my Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was complete mush. My Salad-Firehouse Salad™, Plain was nothing but brown, chunky lettuce. They forgot my Medium Fountain Drink. The Brownie was delicious! LOL!

Sandwich was okay. Chips were the best (spicy dill pickle) my drink was expired. y'all ight want to go through your drinks and make sure the rest arent before charging someone $5 for a drink. Besides that it was fairly decent.

This is my go-to rn. It's so fresh & delish. Highly recommend. The only thing is I didn't get my pickle spears. Thank goodness I have them, but still. -1 * :(
