OMGosg, this was the best sub!! Bread was so fresh and soft. First order from there so ordered a little too much sauce. Will order again from there for sure!!!!!

This was a really bad order. the quality has gone downhill. For a $25 order, you'd think the bag would have been sealed in addition to the Mac and cheese being more than half full. So bad. my sandwich arrived soggy due to the excessive amount of lettuce and dressing. Completely inedible.

The turkey was definitely skimped on and they included pickles on both sandwiches so the bread was soaked with pickle juice. Sandwich wasn't warm either.

The Firehouse Chili was burnt in some areas, and the beans were undercooked. The container it came in showed signs of being burnt (possibly microwaved).
The Pastrami sub had very soggy bread, despite not ordering any sauces/dressings for it.

Got my usual Hook & Ladder, very disappointing. Sloppily made, WAY too much mayo. But worse than that, they're using a different type of deli meat. The ham is gristly, tough, very salty, with a thicker rind. The turkey is a thicker cut and also tough. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, and since they've been consistently good so far, I'll probably give them one more try. Not soon though.
